If you are on a diet, please let the nurse know when you are pre-admitted and when you arrive.
In order to comply fully with medical prescriptions, we recommend that you do not bring any food or drink to patients without prior authorisation from the surgeons or the nurse in charge of the ward.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden in the establishment.
Hot and cold drinks dispensers are available throughout the clinic.
There is also a roomservice offering a la carte sweet treats, Nespresso coffee, a variety of Mariage Frères teas and infusions, and other products.
Your meals will be served in your room
Gourmet menus and meals for visitors are also available on request.
A telephone is available in your room, which you can use to connect directly to the telephone network by dialling the personal code allocated to you by the admissions office.
You will be billed for the cost of the telephone units you use when you leave. All rooms are equipped with a telephone.
To respect the peace and quiet of other patients, please switch your mobile phone to silent mode.
Each room is equipped with a television which will be accessible depending on the comfort of the room selected.
For all requests, please contact reception or the nursing staff. The clinic will do its utmost to accommodate the wishes of each patient.
Nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day, and you can always call on them if you need to, thanks to the doorbells located at the head of your bed.
